Christopher’s 30-year career covers experience working across department store and specialty retailing, the not-for-profit sector and more recently working with public health professionals. He has been a senior HR leader for over 20 years and consulted to highly successful private and public Australian companies. In 2020 he co-founded LEARNFULLY to focus his work and passion for learning and development. NEW LEARNING DESIGN BUSINESS
Christopher co-founded LEARN FULLY with Judy Little in 2020, a business specialising in learning design across a broad range of communication and leadership skills and behaviours. We design content for workshops, learning resources, online modules and also offer coaching to support learning transfer from our programs to the real world. In addition, we also have experience designing training programs across a broad range of HR subjects.
We help people maximise their potential and performance through practical and engaging learning design and coaching. To achieve this, our consulting approach focuses on collecting the best possible information so we tailor programs to best fit your organisational learning and development needs. We then present and discuss potential learning (or coaching) solutions in partnership with your teams. Once agreement is reached our design process begins, ensuring the solution is tailored, flexible and practical.
